SHIPPING POLICY

All local orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Once your order ships, depending on the delivery method you will be updated with a tracking number via Email or SMS. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please contact us in the event any of our offered carriers is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

Delivery Via Bearer Service Kingston - $650

Delivery Via Bearer Service Portmore - $1200

Delivery Via Bearer Service Spanish Town - $1000

Transit Time: Same Day

Delivery Via Knutsford* (Package Drop Off) - $500

Transit Time: Next Day

Delivery via Zipmail (Post Office to Post Office) - $900*

Transit Time: 1-3 Business Days

Packages are COD and receiver will pay Knutsford courier fees*

Zipmail cost includes drop off and Zipmail fees*

Why do we have to pay drop off fees?

Boutique 8 currently outsources our package delivery and as such there is a fee for every transaction/delivery that our bearer service completes. However, we are always looking for innovative ways to cut down on shipping costs, we’ll keep you in the loop!

What is the cut off time for Same Day delivery?

Orders placed for delivery in Kingston/Portmore/Spanish Town by 10:30 am Monday – Saturday will be delivered via bearer Same Day.

Orders outside of Kingston will be shipped the same day but available for pickup the Business Next Day.
